I graduated in 2007 with a chem eng degree (no internships). didn't look for a job right away...had some family businesses i was trying to figure out. Was able to apply some engineering.....on a variety of different levels.....applied for jobs late 2008 and got some snags...but when the economy started to crash.....didn't work out. So i've been out of school for about 1.5 years...limited engineering experience....i was told after 1 year you are considered "stale".....so i started taking graduate level courses in chem eng...just so i can show my mind is still fresh. Many chem engs end up getting an MBA down the line. Something i was considering doing. Wasn't sure if it would be better for me to switch and start taking courses towards that now......or keep up with the chem eng courses. Basically..which would a future employee prefer....to see i'm still proficient on the technical side of things....or show i have some advanced knowledge on the management side. Focus now is on just getting that entry level job.meant future employer ..not employee....... moreOpen Question: Do this reasons are enough for me to be depressed and feel hopeless?
I’m 21 years old and still residing at the place of my parents. I used to play computer games, eating, sleeping, TV watching all the time that turns out to be my habit. I’m also a lazy one, though I had finished my 4 years degree in college “business management” just this year in a local private unknown school. I don’t still feel like I’m a professional. You know, I graduated having no much knowledge gained from schooling. I actually took for granted the things that I have had, never put an effort that suppose would shape me into a better person. I used to worry all the time that triggers my self to be afraid. I can’t stand on my own decision, no self confidence, not used to talk a lot and no feasible objective ever – go with the flow. So the picture is clear: I’m a lazy, dependent and mentally immature citizen. For me this is a fight between life and death. I’m now in the state of realization. I’m such a lazy guy and used to be afraid so it’s damn hard for me to make changes in my life. I feel like being left while my friends managed to lift their selves. I have a plan on making my life relevant. However, it just I don’t know how. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you. moreOpen Question: CNA changing career path and need resume advice please?
Changing job fields from CNA to office clerk or bookkeeper? I have posted this before but I keep getting crap like check out this website etc... Hopefully I can get some good answers if i post in a different area I am a CNA 5 years experience prior experience as a cashier. I am a college student and most likely will major in accounting or business administration. I do not have any office exp, but I have taken a CAPP course in Microsoft, I also know how to navigate microsofto word and some excel, I can answer a phone in a professional manner and I have extensive knowledge working with the general public. How can I show my skills from previous employment that can transfer over to an office position? I have charted in legal documents, taken orders from charge nurses and doctors, observation skills, time management skills, (multitasking) custoerm service with family friends and staff. I'm currently an 24 years old guy Bulgarian, living in Kobe, Japan as a research student in Kobe University. I have a dream to stay in Japan longer after I finish my period, but it happened that I realized that the field I am researching is not really for me, so I'd like to do something else. I am researching Human Resource Management. I was thinking about English teaching as it seems to be a very popular job here, but since I'm not a native speaker, will it be very hard to do so? Apart from that I am doing photography for long time, and I think I have not just the basic knowledge, but even professional understanding about it, but I guess it would be difficult to find a job as a photographer without such education, what do you think? Actually that's really my dream, to be a photographer. I can speak Japanese very well, and I also have the JLPT 1st level certificate. I think it's a waste of money, I don't know about time - because at least you gain knowledge, though you may not actually be able to do anything useful or make any more money with that knowledge. I just graduated with a degree in business management and I'm still working the same low paying jobs as before and don't see any sign that I'll find a better paying job. I'm in debt by SEVERAL thousands of dollars (not quite 6 figures, but almost) and my credit will probably be ruined because of going to college and not being able to pay the loans off. I honestly think that I wouldn't even recommend college to my children if I ever have any. I would tell them to just go to high school, because at least then they won't have the debt from college. I'm not just speaking from my own experience because I work in retail and there were several other people working right along with me, that also had college degrees, but obviously they're working the same jobs as those with just a high school diploma. I know a lot of people may get mad at me for saying this, but this is just my honest opinion based on my experience and observations. Someone told me once "wait til you graduate and see all the opportunities that open up just because you have a bachelor's". But I see no difference.... I'm just curious of what others think???I want to add that I did NOT of course think that graduating college would mean immediately striking it rich. I did expect though to at least have some opportunities for entry-level positions that paid at least at 2-digit hourly rate - and something other than retail sales.zeuz, maybe you should re-read my question because I don't see anywhere in there where I said a degree in business management is an open door to the business world. I said I expected to find an entry-level position other than retail sales - like an entry-level administrative position maybe? To MM: My school doesn't have a career center - you're on your own after you graduate. And people keep saying "what would you do with your life if you didn't go to college - you'd have no future" BUT it seems to me that the only difference would be that I wouldn't have $80,000 worth of debt that continues to grow interest because I can't pay any of it back...Cuz like I said, I'm still working the exact same jobs I worked with just a high school diploma. I've considered going to grad school but the only future I picture with that is a fancy degree that gets me no where and more debt....And just one other tid bit - my experience has shown me that employers don't care about education or abilities. All they want is experience. You may be a better fit for a job based on your knowledge interests and abilities, but an employer will choose the person that has experience before the one that's most educated. My opinion is that college is most useful if you're going to use the education to start your own business. As far as it being useful in getting someone else to hire you...I don't think so! moreResolved Question: Movie theater job interview prep, HELP?
What sort of questions should I expect to be asked at an interview for a theater job? I'm movie deprived, I barely go out, so I am assuming I know nothing and would like all the prep help I can get, An IMAX in particular, theater job in general. I asked one of the managers after shaking their hand and introducing myself, when would be the best opportune time to run into the store manager (hiring manager), they said Mon 1-6. I taught myself how to put on makeup right, did my eyebrows for the first time, bought professional looking interveiw clothes, and a lot more, gone far far out of my way (Between the IMAX or a waitress job here)and I'm prepping myself with knowledge of the theater and reading a book called interview magic. It's been a few years since I've had a job since my disability. Anyways around 12:45 pm I intend on waiting for the store manager set and ready. I'm looking for managerial (No management experience so this is not likely) or part time. Any suggestions? Any prep questions I should be prepared for? Any idea of what the types of jobs that are available at movie theaters, especially at the IMAX, a position I might aim for if it sounds good. Does the smell of pop corn make anyone else nauseous? Anything that helps? I can't stand it, makes me throw up lol. moreVoting Question: Is Management Information Systems a really hard major?

News flash! Murder plot involving Michael Jackson? By John McMahon I wanted to uncover the truth in this crazy rumor following today’s news. Michael Jackson dying was shock enough. When a celebrity as big as Michael Jackson dies, the world stands still for a moment. Now there is this wild story circling the internet and I have done my part to investigate: A malicious internet rumor regarding the untimely and shocking death of “the King of Pop” and music icon Michael Jackson was being spread on several gossip websites including those of the National Enquirer and People magazine. The story stated that: Michael Jackson was murdered! There was a claim that a former employee had an anonymous tip about an “inside job” similar to the suspicious death of David Carradine. This story is about as absurd as telling me that Farrah Fawcett was murdered! Ridiculous. We were trying to find out where this rumor started about the toxic poisoning of superstar Michael Jackson. An inside source that wishes to remain anonymous has told us that a former employee, who is now working as a publicity director for a popular and famous Los Angeles based escort agency called “Diamond Companions. I spoke with a young lady named Jaycee Collins over at www.diamond-companions.com to try to confirm any of this and initially, they gave me the run around. I was put on hold for twenty minutes and then transferred to a voicemail, which was full. I have tried to see if this “unknown source” was any type of escort but I seriously doubt that Michael Jackson was calling an escort agency. I was then told by my contact that this was not the case and that the person who spread this rumor was only an assistant to one of the private nurses hired by Michael Jackson in the past few months during his recent medical problems. He had been seeing a private doctor as late as yesterday. So, after doing a bit more snooping around, I was able to talk to another employee at a sister company called “Candy Companions” based in Las Vegas. They also had heard the rumors and allegations about a poisoning death by one of those close to Michael Jackson. I asked where this rumor came from and I was told by Jayden Pierson, a budding porn star in Los Angeles that also does some part time work with Diamond Companions and Candy Companions or www.Candycompanions.com that apparently she was not supposed to address any media inquiries or talk to any news reporters from CNN or the Los Angeles times, which had already reported Michael Jackson’s death as: “Michael Jackson dies of heart failure.” It took several hours to go from unconfirmed death, to a coma, and finally to “Jacko dies of heart attack.” We tracked down a former bodyguard of Michael Jackson that also worked for his father and he also said he had heard these rumors of foul play in the shocking events of the death of Michael Jackson. Again, I was stone-walled by the management and public relations of this bodyguard agency. The former bodyguards, who are currently employed by Celebrity Bodyguard Services in Beverly Hills, California asked to remain anonymous and “off the record” but I was able to confirm beyond a doubt that they did hear through this same unidentified source, about a conspiracy in the death of Michael Jackson today. I went directly to the website: www.celebritybodyguardservices.com and I found out that this former bodyguard of Michael Jackson was also linked to being the bodyguard for the infamous Phil Spector. We all know that Phil Spector was recently convicted of murder in the death of actress Lana Clarkson. So I wanted to know how these people from Celebrity Bodyguard Services and Diamond Companions or Candy Companions have any link or knowledge to this unlikely story of Michael Jackson’s death being a drug overdose, or a lethal injection of a drug to induce a heart attack or some crazy conspiracy about murdering Michael Jackson. The owner of Celebrity Bodyguard Services in Los Angeles, Chris Clark told me this: “we are completely unaware of any story of a conspiracy or murder plot in the death of Michael Jackson. I wish the family and friends of Michael Jackson my condolences and I pray that Michael Jackson may rest in peace. Other than this, I have no knowledge of this story and I deny knowing any person or source or link or knowledge of any so called: former employees of my bodyguard agency or anyone else having any information on the death of Michael Jackson. I only know what I have heard on CNN and the local news in L.A. and I believe that Michael Jackson died of natural causes.” So, I am like the rest of you out here in the gossip and media world. I can’t find any actual source to confirm this but I’m sure there will be an autopsy and toxicology report in Michael Jackson’s death as well as an investigation by the Los Angeles county coroner’s office to determine the cause of death involving the music legend. I know in my heart that becoming an RN is what I want to do, although I have a very limited scope of practice as a CNA, it gives me the world of opportunity to master basic nursing skills - like vitals, charting and basic patient care. I have asked many questions regarding nursing school to the RNs I work with and, from what they tell me, I believe that time management will be the most challenging aspect about nursing school. Although I have been working on developing my organizational skills in order to make the transition as smooth as possible, I know I will be expected to keep up with the bombardment of new information that I will constantly be learning in nursing school. moreResolved Question: The Reason The Chicken Croosed The Road Depends On Who You Ask. Please Please star if you like.?
KINDERGARTEN TEACHER: To get to the other side. PLATO: For the greater good ARISTOTLE: It is the nature of chickens to cross roads. KARL MARX: It was a historical inevitability. TIMOTHY LEARY: Because that's the only trip the establishment would let it take. SADDAM HUSSEIN: This was an unprovoked act of rebellion and we were quite justified in dropping 50 tons of nerve gas on it. RONALD REAGAN I forget. CAPTAIN JAMES T. KIRK; To boldly go where no chicken has gone before. HIPPOCRATES; Because of an excess of phlegm in its pancreas. ANDERSEN CONSULTING; Deregulation of the chicken's side of the road was threatening its dominant market position. The chicken was faced with significant challenges to create and develop the competencies required for the newly competitive market. Andersen Consulting, in a partnering relationship with the client, helped the chicken by rethinking its physical distribution strategy and implementation processes. Using the Poultry Integration Model (PIM) , Andersen helped the chicken use its skills, methodologies, knowledge, capital and experiences to align the chicken's people, processes and technology in support of its overall strategy within a Program Management framework. Andersen Consulting convened a diverse cross-spectrum of road analysts and best chickens along with Andersen consultants with deep skills in the transportation industry to engage in a two-day itinerary of meetings in order to leverage their personal knowledge capital, both tacit and explicit, and to enable them to synergize with each other in order to achieve the implicit goals in delivering and successfully architecting and implementing an enterprise-wide value framework across the continuum of poultry cross-median processes. The meeting was held in a park-like setting, enabling and creating an impactful environment which was strategically based, industry-focused, and built upon a consistent, clear, and unified market message and aligned with the chicken's mission, vision, and core values. This was conducive towards the creation of a total business integration solution. Andersen Consulting helped the chicken change to become more successful. LOUIS FARRAKHAN; The road, you see, represents the black man. The chicken "crossed " the black man in order to trample him and keep him down. MARTIN LUTHER KING JR.; I envision a world where all chickens will be free to cross roads without having their motives called into question. MOSES; And God came down from the Heavens, and he said unto the chickens, "Thou shalt cross the road". And the chicken crossed the road, and there was much rejoicing. FOX MULDER; You saw it cross the road with your own eyes. How many more chickens have to cross the road before you believe it? RICHARD M. NIXON; The chicken did not cross the road. I repeat, the chicken did NOT cross the road. MACHIAVELLI; The point is that the chicken crosses the road. Who cares why? The end of crossing the road justifies whatever motive there was. JERRY SEINFELD; Why does anyone cross the road? I mean, why doesn't anyone ever think to ask, what the heck was this chicken doing walking around all over the place, anyway? FREUD; The fact that you are at all concerned that the chicken crossed the road reveals your underlying sexual insecurity. BILL GATES; I have just released the new Chicken Office 2000, which will not only cross roads, but will lay eggs, file your important documents, and balance your check book. OLIVER STONE; The question is not, "Why did the chicken cross the road?" Rather, it is, "Who was crossing the road at the same time, whom we overlooked in our haste to observe the chicken crossing?" DARWIN; Chickens, over great periods of time, have been naturally selected in such a way that they are now genetically disposed to cross the roads. EINSTEIN; Whether the chicken crossed the road or the road moved beneath the chicken depends on your frame of reference. BUDDHA; Asking this question denies your own chicken nature. RALPH WALDO EMERSON; The chicken did not cross the road....it transcended it. ERNEST HEMINGWAY; To die. In the rain. COLONEL SANDERS; I can't believe I missed one. BUSH JUNIOR: The stupid chicken can't and I say can't cross the road, we will use any force necessary to not allow the chicken to cross the road, we will une new U.N. resolutions to stop the chicken from even thinking of crossing the road, like my father said: the chicken should not cross the road over my dead body, I swear that we will make the chicken look in AWE before trying to cross anything. moreResolved Question: What is the best way to learn web design?
I am interested in learning web design/building websites. I am not computer illiterate, but I am also not A+ or MSCE certified. I would consider myself about average - possibly a little above average with regard to computers. Not really looking to make a career change ( I work in IT- but in a management capacity), but love computers and the internet and have always been fascinated with web sites and their design. I would like to learn how to build really cool websites...just for fun and if I get good and can make at money at it, even better. I do not mind spending money too learn but want it to be money well spent if I do. I really need training that makes no assumptions about my web knowledge and pretty much starts at the beginning with regard to web design. I have no preference between online courses or local classes..I am fine with either - just not sure where to begin. I come from an extremely poor family and was forced to start working at 14 to support myself and was emancipated at 15. I was lucky enough to find a family friend that allowed me to stay with them while i finished High School, by the time i graduated though i was told i needed to leave. So i moved out and continued to work. I now have a girlfriend who comes from a very well to do family that holds education as the highest priority. I am now 23 years old and have been promoted to management at the restaurant that i work at. Yet when i go to her family functions and they ask me what i am doing with my life i can tell that they think i am some sort of drop-out or hooligan. I just don't understand it because i am a very respectable and well spoken individual who takes pride in his appearance. I dress very well, I don't look like a hooligan or act like an undereducated person. Why does her family make me feel like i will amount to nothing because i did not have the luxury of rich parents who paid my tuition and rent or bought my groceries so i could go to college and get a degree? I value knowledge and pride myself in obtaining knowledge through reading. I also feel frustrated sometimes because i am also very logical and street smart, i am very good at reading peoples faces, and i know for a fact that some of these "college educated" individuals are actually quite ignorant to the world. Why do some people have the nerve to judge me just because they went to college and i am 23 and have no plans to attend any type of university, yet i do have goals and make a respectable living?I work full time and have been looking into taking online classes. The problem with being a manager at a restaurant is that i am forced to work 6 days a week and be on call at all times of the day and work hours that jump around constantly. And that is if i could get financial aid. moreResolved Question: What is your opinion on this new Opinion Columnist ignores Arpaio’s effective tactics?
Tribune columnist Bill Richardson’s Friday commentary titled “The numbers don’t match Arpaio’s hype” is misleading and mean-spirited. Templar: Richardson readers deserve to know full story The manner in which the Tribune allows Richardson to degrade elected officials and describe the legislative hearing process is immature and should cause one to question the Tribune’s editorial standards. Why does the Tribune allow Richardson to repeatedly bash the Maricopa County sheriff and his office? Are the Tribune and the Goldwater Institute’s Clint Bolick working together to denigrate our law enforcement agency? You give Richardson a platform to repeatedly attack the dedicated men and women of this office, along with Sheriff Joe Arpaio, when Richardson has little police management experience. This is concerning and unfair to our agency. Any person digesting his bile-tainted “whine” can be misled by his lack of knowledge in crime clearance procedures. There are no “FBI crime-reporting procedures” imposed upon local law enforcement agencies. Only restraint keeps me from calling his diatribe disingenuous. Any veteran detective would be suspicious of a left-leaning “think tank” that holds a press conference to announce a study short on accuracy, just to lambaste Sheriff Arpaio. Speaking of numbers, Arpaio’s deputies have arrested thousands of felony suspects under Arizona’s illegal immigration laws. We don’t report the number of “routine” arrests involving illegal immigrants because we want the citizens to know that enforcing these laws is a priority. Richardson’s sham here is that he knows that Mesa police Chief George Gascón and Phoenix police Chief Jack Harris don’t enforce the state’s illegal immigration laws instituted by the citizens they are obligated to protect and serve. Richardson’s contrast of arrest numbers is an “apples and oranges” comparison. If Richardson would stop being a cheerleader for the Phoenix and Mesa police chiefs, and instead make an objective review, he just might detect the clues that lead him to the truth. When we arrest illegal immigrants, they go directly to jail. Nearly all other agencies only allow their officers to detain illegal immigrants and turn them over to Immigration and Customs Enforcement for deportation — only to have these individuals quickly find their way back over the U.S.-Mexico border and back onto our streets. I do find it interesting Richardson mentioned 3,000 arrests of illegal immigrants by the sheriff’s office since April 2006, but failed to address the 25,000 illegal immigrants identified by our officers in jail investigations. If FBI records show major drops in serious crime in all of Maricopa County, it is because of the law enforcement community’s comprehensive approach to fighting crime, particularly illegal immigration enforcement conducted by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. If you do the math, Tribune and Mr. Richardson, that is nearly 30,000 criminals taken off the streets of Maricopa County, including the cities of Mesa and Phoenix. http://www.eastvalleytribune.com/story/139936 moreVoting Question: hey, read this thing i found on the net!?

Hi all, I need your help in writing few lines for my problem. So,its a severe issue for which I resigned today from a Software Company where i worked as a Software Engineer. It hit me badly because both this person and my BOSS constantly behind my back started escalating issues saying my PERFORMANCE is very bad. So,i directly went ahead and complained about this to the HR and senior management. But as usual nothing is done after my repeated complains about the UNFAIR things done with me and with clear documented evidences and incidents. They even spread to my CLIENT side colleagues that I am very bad at work and shouldnt be given anything important. This was backed by my BOSS also. So,i complained again but still only unsuccessful results with me being fully put into TRAP...with made up incidents against me---and i was bound to loose because I was alone and entire HR,BOSS,his BOSS--all on one side. Are these acts of God or acts of men? In Daniel's vision, it says "the 4th animal (identified by the author as UN's ECOSOC) shall be a 4th kingdom on earth, different from all kingdoms. It will devour the earth, crush it & destroy it." Looking at two of ECOSOC's functions: 1. To study & solve the economic, social, cultural, educational & health problems affacting the peoples of the world; and, 2. To coordinate the work of the UN specialized agencies. Remember, with intense & deadly disasters that passed, UN publicly announced warnings from 2003 to 2005 after which they created more agencies & programs (such as disaster management, etc.). Such programs are actually faults & failures against them (from negligence to imprudence). Are the never-ending reforms & creations of agencies in ECOSOC solution to our problems? Take the example of UNFCC & IPCC, can these 2 resolve global warming & climate change which UNEP could not? Or, can UNAIDS resolve the disease which WHO also could not? Of course they could not for there are no sincere service in the framework but purely politically-grounded & -motivated. It is evident that ECOSOC is bleeding internally for they could not function correctly & could not anymore discharge its duties effectively. There are agencies that are contradicting & accusing each other of faults. Look at the 3 fallen kings, its functions & its outstanding negative accomplishments, to wit: FAO: To increase production & distribution of agricultural crops. (Negative Accomplishments: 60% desertification, famine, droughts, forest fires, landslides, floods, poverty, deaths, etc.) WHO: To promote health of the peoples of the world. (Negative accomplishments: HIV/AIDS, SARS, bird flu, swine flu, heat stroke, cardiac dysfunction, pulmonary diseases, deaths, etc.). WMO: To promote the application of meteorological knowledge in aviation, agriculture & shipping. (Negative accomplishments: Climate change, quakes, heat wave, plane crashes, giant waves, tsunami, ozone depletion, glaciers melting, etc.) How can ECOSOC mitigate & repair the damages done by the above 3 agencies when global warming, climate change & natural disasters could not be controlled & manipulated by remedial studies & actions taken by the newly created agencies (the off-springs)? ECOSOC did not take seriously the unchanging permanent & constant structure of nature. To modify & alter the empirical basic scientific studies done by famous scientists, we are thrown out of course. The world could not reconcile or compromise the above negative accomplishments with sustainable development, fertilizers & GMOs, drug dependence, warning devices, mitigation & adaptation programs, etc. because nature is already abused & neglected. And the steps & measures taken do not do justice to mankind's continued survival for they are not the right aspects of the real world. As such, the world could not adapt to change of nature because natural permanence could not be dismissed & sacrificed in constructing an "anti-life" objective of emission reduction without examining & considering life. By command responsibility, ECOSOC is the one which is liable for these tragedies & catastrophes because it is God, the only one, who could take life & destroy earth. They may claim that it was not intentional but, by mere looking at their negative accomplishments, negligence & imprudence existed, a criminal offense punishable under any country's penal code, and so, in the eyes of God (through Daniel), they are principally liable. moreResolved Question: What's better between a Master and a MBA?

My best friend's husband has been physically abusive to her. The first I knew of it was an incident that happened almost 2 years ago. To my knowledge, it did not happen again until about 6 months ago. In the past 6 months, he has hit her and thrown things at her at least 3 times, that I know of. She lives 8 hours away from me, and every 6 months or so my 5 year old son go visit them and their kids. We stay at their house for about a week. After this Christmas, they bought 2 guns. They say for protection, but whatever. After learning of the most recent incident 2 months ago, I told my friend that I don't feel comfortable visiting her house with my son. I guess she didn't take me seriously. It came up today in a conversation and I expressed to her again that I am very uncomfortable bringing him to her house. She got instantly irrate and told me that if I didn't want to be around her husband then we couldn't be friends anymore!!!! I even told her that it didn't mean I would NEVER come over, I just meant at least until I know that he has been through anger management and counseling (wich she told him he needs to complete). Am I being totally unreasonable? I don't mean to hurt her, but above all, I am a mother. Does anyone agree/disagree with my decision?I asked her to look at it from my point of view and it didn't seem to make a difference. I also don't think he would intentionally harm my child, but whose to say he's not going to throw something that hits/injures my son? It's just the fact that I don't know for sure. That doubt is enough for me to feel like I need to protect my son.I also realize that she will probably never leave him, and I have been supportive and accepted that. moreResolved Question: I think this is a scam, Please help~?

I run three times a day, for between 20-40 minutes on average, my goal being at least 2.5 miles every time. I do some weights and calasthenics (I messed that spelling I know) but none consistently, which I'm going to work to change. I am very committed to this goal. Secondly, this is the only thing like this I've seen in my cursory reading tonight: "WEIGHT LOSS DIET The program was developed in conjunction with the grant from U.S. Department of agriculture and their Food & Drug Administration. It is management's intention to facilitate a welfare and fitness program for everyone. This program is designed for a target weight loss of 5 to 6 Kgs per week. It will also improve your attitude and emotions because of its systematic cleansing effects. The effectiveness of this seven day plan is that the foods eaten burn more calories than they give to the body in calorific value. This plan can be used as often as you like without any fear of complications. It is designed to flush your system of impurities and give you feeling of well being. After seven days you will begin to feel lighter by at least 10 pounds. You will have an abundance of Energy and an improved digestion. DURING THESE SEVEN DAYS YOU MUST DRINK 10 GLASSES OF WATER EACH DAY. Day One: All fruits except bananas: Your first day will consist of all fruits you want. It is suggested you consume lots of melons the first day, especially water melons. Day Two: All vegetables: You are encouraged to eat until you are stuffed with all the raw and cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit of the amount or type. Avoid Oil and coconut while cooking vegetables. Have a large boiled potato for breakfast. Day Three: Any mixture of fruits and vegetables of your choice: Any amount, any quantity. No bananas and no potatoes today. Day Four: Bananas and Milk: today you will eat as many as eight bananas and drink three glasses of milk. You can also have one bowl of vegetable soup. Day Five: Today is a feast day: You will eat 1 cup of rice. You also have to eat six whole tomatoes. Drink 13 glasses of water today to cleanse your system of the excess uric acid you will be producing. Day Six: Today is another all Vegetables day. You may eat 1 cup of rice today. Eat all vegetables you want cooked and uncooked to your hearts content. Day Seven: Today your food intake will consist of 1 cup of rice, fruit juices and all the vegetables you care to consume. Tomorrow Morning you will be five to eight Kgs lighter than 1 week ago. If you desire further weight loss, repeat the program again. Repeat this program as often as you like. However it is suggested that you rest for three days before every repetition. You have your system under control now and it will thank you for all the purging and cleansing you just gave it. Even more that a diet programs it is good to follow this diet once in a while to clean your digestive system and remove toxic substances that have accumulated in the system. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: The most important element of the program is 10 tall glasses of water a day. You can also flavour the water with some lemon to make the drinking easier. While on program take only black coffee. Never more that 1 teaspoon of oil. Preferably do not use oil because of high calorific content. No fruit juices before day seven. Here is what happens to your body while you are on this program and how and why it works. Day One: you are preparing your system for upcoming program. Your only source of nutrition is fresh fruits. Fruits are nature's perfect food. They provide everything you can possibly want to sustain life except total balance and variety. Day two: Starts with mix of complex carbohydrates in the form of boiled potato. This is taken in the morning to provide energy and balance. The rest of day two consists of vegetables, which are virtually calorie free and provide essential nutrients and fibers. Day three eliminates the potato because you get your carbohydrates from fruits. Your system is now prepared to start burning excess pounds. Day four bananas and milk sound the least desirable. Today is the day you can have coffee with milk. You are in for a surprise. You probably will not be able to eat all the bananas allowed.
