Resolved Question: Looking for employment?
Yes I'm here instead of craigslist, hotjobs and careerbuilder. This is my problem I'm looking for an entry level position in human resources. Most positions require at least a two year degree. Since I was sixteen I have been working as a secretary. I've had two jobs on occasion in retail and banking. I did some hr work for target. Interviews, new hire packets, orientations for spanish speaking team members, operator, clerical. Out of all the things I've done so far. This is when I felt the most I belonged. I want to go back to school to get a bachelors degree in human resources. Problem is I need a job. After viewing a hundred job descriptions two things pop up frequently. Drivers license and 2yr degree. I have neither. I can't afford a car so I haven't taken the test. So that's why I'm here if you or anyone are willing to give someone like me an interview. I live in the bay area. Look at it this way. You'll be letting me put into practice what I learn in the classroom and you won't be obligated to pay as much as someone who has a degree. Also interested in secretary and receptionist positions. moreOther Entry Level Human Resources Job results
